Job Description

We are urgently hiring Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an on-ground sales role focused on acquiring new customers, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell insurance policies.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and local networking.
• Conduct follow-ups and close sales effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
