Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Sales Executive Team Lead. In this role, you will manage and guide a team of sales executives, help drive sales growth, and ensure team targets are achieved. This position requires a combination of leadership, sales expertise, and excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Assign sales targets and monitor daily performance
- Support team members in client meetings and negotiations as needed
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand customer base
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
