Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Life Insurance Unit Sales Manager to guide our team, create strategies, boost revenue, and ensure top-notch customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance revenue.
- Build, train, and manage an effective sales team.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Over 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management role within the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary up to 4 LPA + incentives + benefits.
- A bike and a valid driving license are required.
