Job Description

An innovation manager is the one responsible for fostering and managing innovation within an organization. Finding new business opportunities, implementing creative ideas, improving existing processes, and fostering an innovative culture across the company are typically the responsibilities of this role. Utilizing cutting-edge techniques or technology to enhance the company’s products, services, and overall performance is the main goal.

One of the primary responsibilities of an innovation manager is to identify emerging trends, technologies, and ideas that can benefit the company.

They could lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with other departments to generate and assess new company ideas.

The process of managing creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring that novel ideas are implemented effectively, and managing budgets, timetables, and resources is known as project management.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
