- Explain insurance policies clearly and recommend suitable options
- Highlight key policy benefits and address client queries
- Conduct personalized financial planning meetings
- Take daily follow-ups and build strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
- Preferably 3+ years of residence in the current location
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
