Inside Sales Manager  – Direct Channel

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and consult clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide product recommendations and follow up until closure
  • Educate customers on policy benefits, terms, and processes
  • Build a personal sales pipeline and meet activity goals
  • Ensure adherence to company’s compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience with at least 1 years of strong sales experience in BFSI industry.
  • Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
