Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
– Forging and preserving enduring bonds with both current and potential customers.
– Investigating and going after fresh business ventures.
– Ascertaining the needs and specifications of clients and putting forward workable solutions.
– Encouraging customers to make decisions by offering them thorough product/service discussions.
– Converting customers into upsells and cross-sells.
– Ensuring prompt and effective resolution of grievances and problems.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 4 LPA
– Good Communication skills
