Job Description
Duty and Accountability:
– In order to meet corporate objectives in the banking industry, develop and implement efficient sales tactics.
– Oversee, coach, and encourage a productive sales staff.
– Acquire and investigate new business prospects while preserving solid ties with current customers.
– Verify compliance with corporate policies and standards of conduct.
– Input into strategic decision-making and deliver performance reports on a regular basis.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
