Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Establish and nurture connections with clients to guarantee high standards of client happiness and allegiance.

• Market and close deals with potential clients for banking goods and services.

• Reach sales targets and help the team reach its objectives.

• Produce leads using a range of marketing avenues, including as events, internet marketing campaigns, and recommendations.

• Analyse consumers’ financial needs and suggest suitable options.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally responding to questions and grievances.

• Keep abreast of market developments, legal mandates, and the most recent banking goods and services.

• Verify adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines, both internal and external.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
