We Are Looking For Inside Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

– Forward leads to the outbound sales team, if appropriate.

– Advertise and cross-promote other products that you think your clients might find useful.

– Recognize your customers’ demands and modify your offerings accordingly.

– Update client data, such as addresses and phone numbers, upon request.

– Be patient and speak on the phone in a polite, customer-focused manner.

– Send emails as a follow-up to phone discussions if needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

-A bachelor’s degree, regardless of subject area.

— It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.

-Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

-Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.

-Leadership and team management skills.

-­Concentrated on the customer.
