Job Description:-

1. Manage and ensure complete collection for every single designated Microfinance member.

2. Confirm that leads are generated for retail asset goods like HL and LAP.

3. In order to achieve the company’s goals, it is imperative that process compliance be ensured and maintained.

4. Follow-through with Protocols Observe the established protocols for handling customer relationships and payment.

5. Assure timely receipt of payments

6. Stays in Touch with the Client to Monitor Refund Requests

Candidate Profile:-

-Every Graduate.

-21–38 Years Old

-Leadership and team management skills.

-Customer-oriented.

-Local Candidate.

-Strong Communications Skills.

-Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.

-1 Year Experience in Any sales Or 6 Month In Any BFSI Sector
