Job Description
We are seeking for experience and motivated inside sales manager for our team!
Duties:-
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic sales plans and objectives that align with the overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth within the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

- Experience :- field sales & marketing of insurance/ BFSI
- Age:- 21 -38 years
