Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team!
Duties:-
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and manage sales tools and CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
Qualifications for candidates:-
- Candidate should be local
- Experience :- field sales & marketing of insurance/ BFSI
- Age:- 21 -38 years
- Any graduate
