Job Description
We are looking for an inside sales manager with proven records of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Your primary role will include monitoring and overseeing sales metrics. You will also be required to communicate at multiple levels within the sales process. If setting targets and encouraging your team towards achieving them and analysing potential clients gives you thrills, this job is for you!
Your Responsibilities
• Manage the inside sales
• Set and track sales targets
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
• Build an open-communication environment for your team
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Skill Sets/Experience We Require:
• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Inside Sales Manager or related roles
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base
• Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
