Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager will lead and oversee the inside sales team, driving revenue growth through effective lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and workflows to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with leads and prospects.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking through CRM systems.
- Optimize the use of CRM and sales tools to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
