Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively guide the team

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong management, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
