Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through banking channels by managing bancassurance relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bancassurance business growth.
• Work closely with bank branches to promote and sell insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Monitor performance and ensure targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate.
•  Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years.
• Experience : 1 to 2 years in BFSI.
• Fix CTC Upto 3.30 + Incentive +other Benefits.
