Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, email, or online platforms, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable product/service solutions
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and qualify them into opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals online
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to support overall sales efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any field
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
