Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Magaluru
Job Type: Full-Time

CTC : 3.00 to 3.45 Lpa incentive and bonus

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals from the office. The role involves building relationships with customers and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all customer interactions.
  • Prepare and share sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth order processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telecalling preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
