Insurance Advisor – BFSI

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisors to join our team in the BFSI sector. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting the right insurance plans, provide financial guidance, and build lasting relationships while achieving your sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers and educate them about various insurance products.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance policies.
• Provide end-to-end assistance from policy selection to documentation and post-sales service.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, claims support, and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
