Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Client Support: Offer ongoing support and advice, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes meet legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Background in sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; self-starter with a goal-oriented mind-set.
Relevant insurance certifications (IRDAI) are a plus.
