Job Title: Insurance Agency Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven agency manager to lead the recruitment, development, and performance of insurance agents. The role involves building a strong agent network, driving life/general insurance sales, and achieving business targets through effective team management and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents / advisors.
- Drive sales through the agency team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Motivate agents through rewards, recognition, and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor agent performance and support them in client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with agents for guidance and business closure.
- Organise sales activities, meetings, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Submit periodic sales reports and updates to higher management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 2–6 years in insurance sales / agency recruitment / team handling.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Goal-orientated mindset with a passion for field sales and development.
