Job Summary:
We are hiring an Insurance and Sales Officer to promote insurance products, assist customers in selecting the right plans, and achieve sales targets through direct customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products to clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients with policy details, claims, and renewals
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
