Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Insurance and Sales Officer to promote and sell insurance products, acquire new clients, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves meeting sales targets, explaining policy details, and supporting clients through the sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell life insurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Educate customers on policy terms, conditions, and benefits
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales service
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
