Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with insurance product information
• Handle basic policy servicing and documentation
• Generate leads and support the sales team
• Follow up with clients for renewals and queries
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 2+ years of experience in insurance or BFSI preferred
• Must Be a Local Candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
