Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven insurance business developer to expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and grow insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for insurance products.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or BFSI.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Local candidates preferred.
