Job Title: Insurance Business Developer
Location: Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven insurance business developer to expand our customer base and grow business through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in insurance sales
  • Build partnerships with individuals, corporations, and channel partners
  • Achieve business growth targets through lead generation & follow-ups
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and policy discussions with clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Sales/Marketing background)
  • 1–3 years experience in insurance or financial product sales
  • Strong sales, communication & negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Must be willing to travel for client meetings
