Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Insurance Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive insurance product sales. The role focuses on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets through proactive market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, sales campaigns, and lead generation programs.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
