Job Title: Insurance Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Business Development Manager to drive insurance sales and expand our market presence in Udaipur. The role involves developing a strong network of agents/channel partners, acquiring new customers, and ensuring consistent business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential agents/channel partners in and around Udaipur.
- Drive sales through agency/channel partner network and direct customer acquisition.
- Provide training, motivation, and performance management support to agents.
- Monitor business targets and work actively to exceed sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years in insurance sales , preferably in BDM or similar roles.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge of Udaipur and nearby areas is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team or agent network.
