Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in life, health, or general insurance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Coordinate with marketing and underwriting teams
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
