Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment drives for insurance channel partners
• Build a strong network to source sales agents and channel staff
• Coordinate with sales and HR teams to fulfill manpower needs
• Monitor hiring progress and ensure timely onboarding
• Maintain recruitment data and share regular updates with management
• Help create a smooth and efficient hiring process

  Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or channel hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector preferred
