We are hiring an Insurance Channel Staffing Manager to handle recruitment and staffing across various insurance sales channels. This role involves sourcing, onboarding, and managing talent needs to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute recruitment drives for insurance channel partners
- Build a strong network to source sales agents and channel staff
- Coordinate with sales and HR teams to fulfill manpower needs
- Monitor hiring progress and ensure timely onboarding
- Maintain recruitment data and share regular updates with management
- Help create a smooth and efficient hiring process
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or channel hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector preferred
