Role Overview
As an Insurance Client Advocate (Associate), you will support clients in understanding and selecting the right insurance solutions. Your role is to assist the sales team, engage with clients, and ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the policy process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in choosing the best insurance products (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
Provide information, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support agents in policy applications, documentation, and client follow-ups.
Help identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
