Job Title: Insurance Field Sales officer/manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and shops in your area to sell our products.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Make sure sales targets are met every month.
• Guide and support your sales team on the ground.
• Keep track of what the competition is doing.
• Share regular updates with your manager.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service.
• Ensure products are displayed well at client locations.
• Handle basic issues and make sure customers are happy.

Who We’re Looking For (Candidate Profile):

• Someone with 2–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Must know how to talk to people and build trust.
• Can lead a small team and keep them motivated.
• Should understand local markets and customer needs.
• Must have at least a graduate degree (any field).
• Having a two-wheeler and a driving license is a plus.
• Ready to work outdoors and meet daily sales targets.
