Responsibilities:
– Develop national sales strategy through MFDs & channel partners
– Build and lead sales team across MH
– Drive funds distribution & sales performance
– Track performance metrics and forecasts
– Conduct training & marketing for sales staff
Qualifications:
– 2 yrs+ in fund/portfolio sales, marketing, BFSI, Distribution with leadership experience
– Deep knowledge of mutual funds and distributor networks
– Excellent sales, communication & team handling skills
