Role Overview

We are hiring passionate sales professionals to join our banca channel team. This role is focused on driving business growth by promoting life insurance and banking solutions in partnership with leading banks.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with bank branch staff to generate leads and convert business.
Promote life insurance and banking products to potential customers.
Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Who Can Apply

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience in BFSI preferred (freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a passion for career growth.
