Job Description

Location: Ahmednagar
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Role Responsibilities:

Promote life insurance products through direct sales efforts
Identify and acquire potential customers through field visits
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide after-sales service and maintain follow-up

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1+ years of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Local market knowledge will be an advantage
