Job Role:

We are hiring for a Direct Channel Insurance Sales role. This is a field-based job where you will directly meet customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable life insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential customers through field visits
Explain and sell life insurance products
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up

Who Can Apply:

Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good communication skills
Motivated to earn incentives and grow in the insurance industry
