Business Development Manager – Agency Channel (Insurance)

Location: Guwahati
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Life Insurance or BFSI sector
Qualification: Graduation required
CTC: Up to 6.50 LPA + Incentives & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the agency channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors
Provide guidance and support to ensure team productivity
Implement strategic sales initiatives for business growth
