We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and lead our insurance sales team in Pune. The role focuses on driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and mentoring team members to grow their careers in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the insurance sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Graduate
2–5 years of experience in Sales & marketing
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
