Role Overview:
As an Insurance Life Planner Officer, you will guide clients in planning their financial future by recommending life insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Your role focuses on building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Assess clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate life insurance products
- Assist clients with completing application forms and documentation
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with excellent negotiation abilities
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in life insurance sales is a plus
