Job Summary:
We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Insurance Life Planner Officer to help individuals plan their financial future through life insurance solutions. The role includes prospecting clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored life insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Understand customer goals and recommend suitable life insurance plans
- Meet assigned sales targets and business goals
- Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and claims process
- Submit timely reports and updates to the reporting manager
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 2+ years in Life insurance/BFSI/financial sales
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and result-oriented
- Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheelers are preferred for local travel
- Willing to work in a target-based environment
