Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for overseeing insurance operations and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Also Manages a team of insurance agents, develops strategies to increase sales, and maintains strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the insurance products.
- Lead and support a team of insurance agents or advisors.
- Develop sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Review and approve insurance applications and claims.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
