Job Summary:

We are looking for an Insurance Manager to lead and manage insurance sales and operations. The role involves developing strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insurance sales team
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
• Build relationships with clients and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Monitor team performance and provide support to sales team.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
