Job Summary;

The Insurance Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve insurance sales targets, developing business through new and existing clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet business targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Ensure smooth operations and timely policy issuance.
• Handle customer queries, claims, and renewals efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
