Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate agency staff.
- Lead and manage the insurance sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
What We Require:
- Minimum 3+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
