Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager oversees the insurance sales team, ensures targets are met, and manages customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the insurance sales team.
• Achieve monthly and yearly insurance sales targets.
• Plan and monitor daily sales activities.
• Train and guide insurance agents or advisors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
