Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for managing insurance operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily insurance sales and operations.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the insurance sales team.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle customer queries, claims support, and issue resolution

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
