Job Summary:

An Insurance Manager oversees insurance sales and customer service, ensuring clients get the right insurance products. They guide the sales team and help achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the insurance sales team
• Help customers choose suitable insurance plans
• Train staff on products and sales processes
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Solve customer issues and maintain good relationships
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
