Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the insurance sales team, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the insurance sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and markets

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
