Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance sales operations, leading the team, and ensuring business growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the insurance sales team
• Achieve sales and renewal targets
• Recruit, train, and motivate agents or executives
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations
• Prepare sales and performance reports

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
